Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 7s.com ("7s.com," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 7scom.co. In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all individual game and promotion rules published on the Platform, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Registration and use of 7s.com is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR's mandatory age requirements for Philippine-licensed online gaming operators. Players between eighteen (18) and twenty (20) years of age are not eligible to register, regardless of their jurisdiction of residence.
Underage Gambling is Prohibited. 7s.com employs age verification controls at registration and during KYC review. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Balances forfeited, and the matter referred to PAGCOR as required by our license conditions.
The Platform is primarily designed for and directed at players resident in the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 7s.com does not accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions including, without limitation, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, and all other jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Each individual person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Individuals who create, attempt to create, or operate more than one Account — including Accounts held in different names or using different contact details — are in material breach of these Terms. 7s.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated Accounts and to forfeit any Balances, including real-money deposits, without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 7s.com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. 7s.com will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
4.1 KYC Verification. 7s.com is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team. You agree to provide, promptly upon request, copies of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license, or PhilSys ID), proof of residential address, and documentation evidencing ownership of any payment method used on the Platform.
4.2 Account Suspension. 7s.com reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to suspect: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (c) money laundering or terrorist financing; (d) use of exploits, hacks, or unfair advantage tools; or (e) any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
4.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as inactive. 7s.com will notify the Account holder via the registered contact details prior to applying any inactivity fee. Details of inactivity fee rates are available in the Platform's FAQ section.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 7s.com's customer support team via Live Chat or email. Prior to closing an Account, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements.
7s.com currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above certain thresholds may trigger additional KYC review under our anti-money laundering compliance procedures. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees incurred.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to deposit into the Account (the "source of funds" principle), except where the original deposit method is unavailable, in which case 7s.com may process withdrawal to an alternative verified method at its discretion. 7s.com aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Philippine bank transfers are processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending KYC completion.
The Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are the sole responsibility of the Player.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail with respect to the specific promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period, failing which the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirement completion. Live dealer games, certain slots, and other game categories may contribute at reduced rates or be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. Contribution rates are detailed in the bonus terms applicable to each promotion.
6.4 Abuse Prevention. 7s.com employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between players to artificially generate wagering activity, and use of prohibited strategies that exploit bonus mechanics. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Accounts suspended and all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited.
6.5 7s.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 All games available on the 7s.com Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or are conducted by human dealers via live streaming technology. Game fairness is audited by independent testing laboratories accredited under applicable standards.
7.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and virtual games are disclosed in each game's information panel. These percentages represent long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.3 7s.com reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed in error, placed on a market offered in error, or placed using funds derived from fraudulent or unauthorized activity. In such circumstances, the relevant stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance, subject to any applicable investigation requirements.
7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or hardware failure — 7s.com's recorded game server data shall be the definitive record of the game outcome. Where a malfunction has materially affected a game outcome, 7s.com reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player.

10.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 7s.com brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of 7s.com or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence or right is granted or implied.
10.3 Players must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from 7s.com.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7s.com's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 7s.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 7s.com's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
11.4 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 7s.com makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12.1 The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data by 7s.com is governed by the 7s.com Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
12.2 7s.com may share Player data with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement authorities, and other regulatory bodies where required by law or by the conditions of our license, without prior notice to the Player.
13.1 7s.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory directive, or security necessity.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 7s.com's internal dispute resolution process by contacting Customer Support. 7s.com will acknowledge the dispute within three (3) business days and aim to resolve it within fifteen (15) business days.
14.3 Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR for regulatory review in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.
14.4 Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above processes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
